Implement manual CRUD flows for people records after segmentation and campaign prerequisites are in place.

Deferred. Market Database browse (`/market/people`) is already available.

- Manual create/edit/archive for people
- Person detail page with related contacts/leads
- Ownership/assignment fields

## Notes

- Segments were prioritized before this task due to campaign targeting dependencies.
